Project Overview

Casa Munir engaged our services at a critical juncture in their expansion. Their existing brand presentation lacked coherence and professionalism, resulting in unsustainable conversion rates.

Through a comprehensive brand transformation, encompassing a new logo, logo mark, storefront design, and a completely reconstructed website, we successfully repositioned the brand to reflect the desired level of exclusivity and enduring style.

This initiative culminated in a successful relaunch that not only enhanced Casa Munir’s digital and physical presence, but also resulted in a fully sold-out inventory within the first month post-launch.

Scope of work

  • Brand Repositioning & Identity: We executed a complete brand re-identification, developing a refined visual identity featuring a custom logo and mark tailored to a premium, exclusive demographic.
  • Storefront & Asset Suite: A new storefront design was created, along with a comprehensive digital asset bundle to ensure consistent application across all physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Website Redevelopment: Following an audit that identified conversion issues, the entire website was restructured and rebuilt for optimized performance and design, culminating in a relaunch with impactful visuals and user experience enhancements.
  • Social Media Funnel: A holistic organic and paid campaign was deployed across Instagram and Meta platforms. This funnel generated over 1.5 million views, expanded Tiktok followers from zero to over 30,0000 across all accounts , and significantly increased website traffic.
  • Organic Campaign Success: The initial campaign was conducted entirely organically, without advertising expenditure. Despite zero investment, the campaign yielded exceptional results, with complete product sell-out.
  • Instagram Redesign & Content Strategy: The Instagram presence was designed to project a more polished and prestigious image.
  • Meta Ads & A/B Testing: A/B split-testing was implemented for Meta ad campaigns with two distinct ad sets. With a modest £151 investment over four days, over 34,000 impressions were generated, achieving a cost per result of just £0.13. This directly facilitated the complete inventory sell-out.
  • Team Structure & Ongoing Operations: A dedicated five-person team was assembled and deployed to manage creative, marketing, content, and growth initiatives. Currently, we continue to manage over 15 traffic sources, driving consistent traffic to Casa Munir’s website platform daily.
